The shipment of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2-3 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via express courier - BARTOLINI - with tracking and drop-off without signature. If you prefer a delivery with BARTOLINI Insured with signature request, an additional cost will be applied, so contact us before choosing this means. Whichever type of shipment you choose, we will guarantee you a link to track your package online.

Shipping costs include packaging and postage costs. Packaging costs are fixed, while transport costs vary according to the total weight of the shipment. We recommend that you group your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping costs will be applied to each of them. Your package will be sent under your responsibility, but special attention is paid to fragile items.

The boxes are reasonably sized and your items are well protected.

Rules in case of dispute

For the resolution of any civil disputes arising from the interpretation, execution and resolution of this contract, if the customer is a legal person the competent court is the court of Trapani.

If the Customer is a consumer (i.e. a natural person who purchases products not for purposes related to his professional activity), the territorial jurisdiction lies with the judge of the place of residence or domicile of the consumer himself, if located in Italy.
